Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern sales made by the company Stiletta Paris (hereinafter "the Seller") via the website www.stiletta-paris.com, to any consumer (hereinafter "the Buyer") wishing to make a purchase.
Any order placed on the site implies unconditional acceptance of these GTS.
Article 2 — Products
Products offered for sale are those listed on the website www.stiletta-paris.com at the time of browsing. Each product includes a complete description (materials, dimensions, colours).
Product photographs are as accurate as possible. Colour variations may appear depending on your device's display settings. Such variations cannot engage the Seller's liability.
Limited edition
The Stiletta Palm is offered as an inaugural limited edition of 250 pieces. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the House. Once the 250 pieces are sold out, the product will no longer be available for order in this edition.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping is free for all orders to metropolitan France. For international shipments, shipping costs will be specified during the order process.
Article 4 — Order and confirmation
The Buyer selects the article(s) of their choice, reviews the contents of their cart, and confirms their order after reading and accepting these GTS.
The order is definitively recorded upon receipt of payment. A summary confirmation e-mail is sent to the Buyer as soon as possible.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment problem, doubt about the Buyer's identity, or stock unavailability.
Article 5 — Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Bank transfer (on request, extended processing time)
Transactions are secured by SSL protocol. The Seller does not retain any banking data.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing reasons.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify their decision by e-mail to contact@stiletta-paris.com before the deadline expires. The product must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
Refund
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products.
Article 7 — Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Seller is required to deliver goods conforming to the contract and is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The Buyer has a period of 2 years from delivery to take action.
Legal guarantee against hidden defects
In accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the Seller guarantees the Buyer against hidden defects rendering the goods unfit for their intended use, for a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
Article 8 — Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear, or negligence in maintenance. Care instructions are provided with each creation.
Article 9 — Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.stiletta-paris.com (texts, visuals, logos, design) are the exclusive property of Stiletta Paris and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 — Disputes and applicable law
These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those in the jurisdiction of Stiletta Paris's registered office.
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to resort free of charge to a consumer mediator.
